No engagement created

Browsing the website, submitting a consultation request, uploading a document or receiving a response does not create an accountant-client relationship or professional engagement and does not guarantee that Caldex will accept an engagement. Services begin only when scope, responsibilities, fees and other terms have been confirmed in writing.

Consultation forms and document submissions

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and submit only information and files you are authorized to provide. A Client # or upload code may be used only for its intended Caldex submission purpose. You are responsible for preventing its unauthorized use.

Do not enter Social Insurance Numbers, dates of birth, banking information, CRA credentials, passwords, government identification numbers or document contents into consultation forms or free-text website fields. Use document-submission features only when Caldex has directed you to do so. Caldex may reject, remove or ask you to resubmit a file that cannot be accepted or routed appropriately.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe another person's rights.
• Upload content you are not authorized to provide.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or access another client's information.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, overload its systems or probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for another person or business.

Accuracy, availability and third-party links

We try to keep the website useful and current, but we do not guarantee that content is complete, error-free or continuously available. Information and features may change without notice.
